This Shipment Policy outlines delivery processes, timelines, taxes, and responsibilities for orders placed on the Electrihub Canada platform.

Shipping Overview

Electrihub Canada operates its warehouse and office within Canada. All domestic orders are shipped from our Canadian facility using trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic shipping across all provinces and territories in Canada
  • International shipping available to select global destinations

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at actuals and displayed during checkout based on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and shipping method.

Logistics & Dispatch

  • Orders are shipped through reputed Canadian and international logistics partners via ground and air freight.
  • Air shipments may attract additional handling, packaging, and compliance charges, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

  • In-stock items (Canada): Typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
  • International orders: Delivered within 7–20 business days, subject to customs clearance and destination country regulations.
  • Same-day or expedited dispatch may be available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time), subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Items not in stock are generally delivered within 30 business days, depending on OEM supply timelines.

Taxes & Duties (Canada)

All applicable Canadian taxes are charged in accordance with federal and provincial regulations:

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax)
  • HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), where applicable
  • PST / QST as per provincial requirements

Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address.

International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and local statutory fees imposed by the destination country shall be borne by the customer. Electrihub Canada is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking & Delays

  • Shipment tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to extended delays or delivery failure, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Limitations & Liability

  • Electrihub Canada is not liable for shipment delays or losses beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • Force Majeure: Electrihub Canada shall not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or international logistics disruptions.
