Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.electrihub.ca. By placing an order on the Electrihub Canada platform, you agree to the refund terms and conditions outlined below.
Refunds are processed only when a replacement is not feasible and are subject to product inspection and policy eligibility.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Credit / Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 10 business days after the return and inspection process is completed.
- Bank Transfer / EFT: Refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 10 business days after return approval.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be issued only if replacement is not possible due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective (verified by inspection)
- Incorrect product or quantity supplied
- Product significantly differs from the description on the website
- Product is permanently out of stock
Non-Refundable Charges
Unless required by applicable Canadian law, the following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping, freight, and handling charges
- Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees
- Payment gateway or transaction processing fees
Quality Inspection & Re-Shipment
Once a returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection by our technical team.
- If the product is found eligible for re-shipment instead of refund, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
- In such cases, re-shipment courier charges must be borne by the customer.
- Courier charges paid for returning the product to Electrihub Canada are not reimbursable.
How to Request a Refund
- Notify Electrihub Canada within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Provide clear images of the product and original packaging
- Wait for return authorization from our support team
- Return the product as per instructions provided
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and approved by our inspection team.
