Shipment Policy
• Shipment costs are extra at actuals, which are shown during checkout
• Shipments are done through reputed logistics partners through road, rail and air.
• Air frights will attract extra packaging and handling charges. This will be communicated to customers case on case basis.
• We are not liable for missing or lost shipment(s) which is not in our control. This may effect the delivery time as it may take time to track the shipment.
• For international shipping taxes, customs, and duties as per local government laws will be charged.
• Items shown in stock shall be delivered within (approx.) 7- 10 business days from placement of order. However, we are striving our best to serve you on same business day if order is acknowledged/placed before 12pm and depending on your location at an extra cost.
• The above-mentioned period may however vary depending on the location of shipment.
• Items which are not in stock we will try to deliver within 30 business days from the date of order. However, this depends on the availability from local market and OEM supply chain. In case of Standard products, you may ask to cancel it if not delivered after 30 days of placement of order.
• The estimated arrival dates mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary from actual delivery timelines. If a delay exceeds 15-20 working days and the item is returned to us, we will offer a full refund.
• Items once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Force Majeure – In such cases we will not be able to fulfill the above said points.
