Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to confirmation that the material has not been processed, procured, or dispatched.
- Any cancellation request received after 24 hours will be treated as a non-standard / special order cancellation and will be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the order value, depending on procurement and supplier commitments.
- Orders involving non-standard items, customized products, imported materials, or project-specific requirements are not eligible for free cancellation.
- Large-value, bulk, or project orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed, and any exception shall be solely at the discretion of Electrihub Limited Management.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- If a damaged product is received, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery from the registered email ID along with clear images of the damaged product and original packaging.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Product received differs from the description on the website
- Wrong product delivered or incorrect quantity supplied
- Missing parts or accessories
Important: Due to the nature of our business and the fact that many products are globally sourced and imported, returns are not accepted once the material has been dispatched or delivered.
Products supplied against non-standard, special, customized, imported, or project-based orders are strictly non-returnable.
Large-value, bulk, or project orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Any return request, if considered, shall be subject to prior written approval from Electrihub Limited management, and such approval is not guaranteed.
Minor variations in color, design, or dimensions due to OEM manufacturing updates shall not be considered a defect.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and price tags intact.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return.
- Products purchased under clearance or liquidation sale are not eligible for return.
- Combo products cannot be returned individually.
- Customers must notify Electrihub Limited via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup request will be initiated where logistics service is available.
- Customers must securely pack the product in original brand packaging and attach the invoice to the package.
- Upon receipt, the product will undergo quality inspection. If the product is found defective or damaged, a replacement will be arranged subject to stock availability.
Cases Where Reverse Pickup Is Not Available
In cases where reverse pickup service is not supported by our logistics partner, customers may be required to ship the product on their own after approval of the return request.
